Data underlying the publication: Locally Optimal Control Laws for Earth-bound Solar Sailing with Atmospheric Drag

This dataset contains the data to reproduce the results of the article "Locally optimal control laws for Earth-bound solar sailing with atmospheric drag" by L. Carzana, P. Visser, J. Heiligers, published in "Aerospace Science and Technology" in August 2022, with DOI: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ast.2022.107666.<br>Specifically, the input and output data of the validation tests, tuning tests, and final analysis of the article are provided, see Sections 4 and 5. <br>The data comes in the form of "mat" and "fig" files which can be accessed through Matlab. The code used to generate this data is given in the following private GitHub repository (access will be granted upon request): https://gitlab.com/livio.carzana/nestor.git. All details on the simulation setup and methodology can be found in the publication.
