Minutes of the 83rd IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 15 February 2022 via teleconference. The Board approved amended minutes from the December 2021 meetings and discussed updates to the IFLA Handbook, agreeing to release relevant sections to volunteers and proceed with further development through a taskforce. Key decisions included updates to branding guidelines and a resolution on volunteer expenses. Several planning and reporting items, including cybersecurity, open access, and advisory committee action plans, were deferred due to time constraints. The Board also reviewed WLIC 2022 progress and agreed on extended accommodations for non-European members attending the March meeting. An executive session followed.
