To identify key downstream effectors of smoking in the progression of esophageal cancer, we conducted an RNA-seq in esophageal cancer cells to analyze the cigarette smoke extract (CSE)-regulated transcriptome. KYSE180 cells were treated with DMSO or CSE for 24h, and then subjected for RNA extraction and RNA-seq analysis.
