Gene expression profiles in lri25 mutant zebrafish larvae at 5 dpf based on the RNAseq data. Total RNA was isolated from homozygous lri25 mutant and their clutchmate wild-type larvae at 5 dpf. Gene expression difference between wild-type and lri25 mutant larvae was determined based on the RNAseq data.
