snpnet-Cox results

snpnet-Cox is an efficient solver for large scale and high-dimensional Lasso Cox regression problems with genetic predictors. Here we provide its output on 306 time-to-event phenotypes from UK Biobank. <br>The names of the files are in the form (ukbcode).coefficients.tsv, where the ukbid is the UK Biobank code for the time-to-event phenotypes They contain the SNPs selected by snpnet-Cox as well as the corresponding coefficients. The file snpnetCox.map.tsv provides the number of cases and controls, the name, and the ICD 10 code of these phenotypes.<br>We built an interactive app based on these results.
