Functional traits acclimation and growth in surviving trees of fragmented forests in central Amazonia

This dataset contains functional trait measurements (leaf, stem, branch, and whole-plant trait) for 146 individuals of eight tree species occurring in both continuous forests and mature forest fragments at the Biological Dynamics of Forest Fragments Project (BDFFP), Central Amazon. The data support the findings of the associated manuscript 'Functional traits acclimation and growth in surviving trees of fragmented forests of central Amazonia'.
