BeamAware Geometry Validation Benchmark Dataset for Laser Additive Manufacturing

This dataset accompanies the preliminary report "Geometry Validation of a Beam-Aware Slicing Framework for Laser Additive Manufacturing." The dataset contains the benchmark STL models, slicing configuration, BeamAware geometric outputs, reference outputs from PrusaSlicer, Cura and OrcaSlicer, and the quantitative benchmark results used to validate the geometry engine. The validation focuses exclusively on geometric processing including layer generation, contour reconstruction, polygon offsetting, hatch generation and toolpath compilation. Laser process parameters such as power, thermal modelling and beam scheduling are intentionally excluded.
