NRS-13857 | Registers of grants upon rescission of reservation

These registers contain copies of deeds of grant issued under the authority of s.12 of the Crown Lands Alienation Act, 1861 which authorised the rescission of the reservation of water frontage on the sea coast, harbour, or river of grants adjoining such frontage at a price to be determined by appraisement, not less than the minimum upset price for such land. Each entry shows the date of the original grant, the area, etc., and the description and reservations, and the description of the land of which the reservations were rescinded, and price paid.(7/988-89). 2 vols.
