本数据集主要面向任务书关键技术4：矿物加工流程关键工序与设备监测与故障诊断技术研究。本数据集是针对项目示范单位山东黄金三山岛金矿新立选矿厂关键设备及流程，收集了用于本关键技术研究的原始数据，以及为了完成特定技术目标而进行的对于原始数据的分析数据。
其中，（1）辊磨机辊胎的剩余寿命预测数据，主要由辊压机功率、定辊电机电流、轴承距离、电机频率及其设定值等时序数据组成，数据格式为.csv，采集自现场DCS，数量约19.6MB，用于支撑辊磨机辊胎的剩余寿命预测技术研究。
（2）水力旋流器状态监测与故障诊断技术数据，主要由旋流器给矿流量与给矿浓度、旋流器溢流流量、溢流浓度、溢流粒度等时序数据组成，数据格式为.csv和.xlsx，采集自现场DCS和建模产生，数量约98MB，用于支撑水力旋流器状态监测与故障诊断技术研究。
（3）旋流器状态监测与故障诊断系统数据。主要包括系统缓存过程数据，异常时间记录，格式为csv、txt，采集自本项目开发的《旋流器状态监测与故障诊断系统》，数据约20MB，该数据支撑旋流器状态监测与故障诊断技术研究实践。

This dataset is developed for Key Technology 4 of the project proposal: Research on key process and equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis technology for mineral processing flowsheets. It collects raw data for this key technology research, as well as analyzed data derived from the raw data to achieve specific technical objectives, targeting the key equipment and processes of Xinli Concentrator, Sanshandao Gold Mine, Shandong Gold, the project demonstration unit.

1. Remaining service life prediction data for roll shells of roller mills: This dataset mainly consists of time-series data including roller press power, fixed roller motor current, bearing distance, motor frequency and its set values, etc. The data is in .csv format, collected from on-site DCS, with a total size of approximately 19.6 MB, and is used to support research on remaining service life prediction technology for roll shells of roller mills.

2. Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology data for hydrocyclones: This dataset mainly consists of time-series data including cyclone feed flow rate, feed concentration, overflow flow rate, overflow concentration and overflow particle size, etc. The data is available in .csv and .xlsx formats, collected from on-site DCS and generated via modeling, with a total size of approximately 98 MB, and is used to support research on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology for hydrocyclones.

3. Cyclone condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system data: This dataset mainly includes system cached process data and abnormal time logs, available in .csv and .txt formats, collected from the "Cyclone Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System" developed by this project, with a total size of approximately 20 MB, and supports the practical research of cyclone condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology.
