Xenium spatial transcriptomic dataset of day 20 human kidney organoids

This repository contains the processed 10x Genomics Xenium output directory for two representative day 20 human iPSC-derived kidney organoids grown under normoxic conditions and profiled using the Xenium Human Multi-Tissue Atlassing Panel. The dataset can be opened directly in Xenium Explorer for interactive visualisation of tissue morphology, cell segmentation and spatial gene expression. One representative organoid image is presented in Fig.1A of the accompanying publication: Nunez-Nescolarde et al., Modelling ischaemic AKI in human kidney organoids reveals injury-associated epithelial states and macrophage-epithelial crosstalk (Genome Medicine, 2026). These datasets were not used for the pseudobulk differential expression analyses reported in the manuscript.If you use these data in your research, please cite both the associated publication and this Zenodo record.
