Research on epidemiology and losses caused by Bacterial Wilt data

The database presented in an excel file was developed as part of the collection of data on the analysis of the epidemiology, financial and yield losses and factors of dissemination of bacterial wilt in tomato fields in Benin. The file contains four sheets. The first relates to data on the concentration of Ralstonia solanacearum in the soil of the various production sites prospected. The second sheet contains data on the factors of dissemination of bacterial wilt in Benin in tomato crops and the financial and yield losses caused according to the perception of producers. The third sheet presents both of the incidence data for bacterial wilt in tomato crops and in other crops grown in the same farmers field. The fourth sheet contains data from the tobacco hypersensitivity test performed on Ralstonia solanacearum isolates.

本数据集以Excel文件形式呈现，其构建为贝宁番茄田中青枯病流行病学分析、经济与产量损失评估及传播因子调研的数据收集工作的组成部分。该文件共包含四个工作表：第一个工作表收录各勘查生产地块土壤中青枯雷尔氏菌（Ralstonia solanacearum）的浓度数据；第二个工作表涵盖贝宁番茄作物中青枯病的传播因子相关数据，以及基于种植户感知统计的该病害造成的经济与产量损失数据；第三个工作表同时包含番茄作物与同一农户田块内其他种植作物的青枯病发病率数据；第四个工作表包含针对青枯雷尔氏菌分离株开展的烟草过敏性反应试验相关数据。
