Brdt KO mice: Wild-type vs. Mutant

Transcriptional profiling of mouse pituitary tissue comparing WT with Brdt KO mice. Goal was to determine the effects of Brdt absence on pituitary gene expression. Four pools each of total RNA (three mice per pool) extracted from Brdt-/- and wild-type mice. Biological replicates: 2 WT replicates, 2 Brdt KO replicates.本数据集聚焦小鼠垂体组织的转录谱分析（Transcriptional Profiling），对比野生型（Wild Type, WT）与Brdt基因敲除（Brdt KO）小鼠，旨在探究Brdt基因缺失对垂体组织基因表达的影响。实验过程中，从Brdt纯合敲除（Brdt-/-）与野生型小鼠中分别提取总RNA（total RNA），每组各制备4份混合池，每份混合池由3只小鼠的组织样本提取得到。本次实验设置生物学重复（Biological Replicates）：野生型重复样本2份，Brdt基因敲除重复样本2份。
