蔬菜在生长过程中,常常会加入一些农药来改善其生长品质和生长速度,存在一定的质量及食品安全风险隐患,本数据可以对蔬菜农药残留量的情况进行安全性评价,为政府监管、消费者购买提供参考和技术支撑。1.数据采集:采集蔬菜制品抽样地区、抽样场所、样品名称、包装分类等信息;2蔬菜农药残留量检测:通过对蔬菜农药残留量进行检测获得相关重防腐剂含量数据结果;3数据处理:筛选出蔬菜农药残留量问题项检测结果,用于评估其食用安全性,蔬菜农药残留量问题发现率=蔬菜农药残留量检出问题项次数/进行农药添加剂监测的蔬菜产品总数;4、数据应用: 蔬菜农药残留量问题项检测结果可以作为食用安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
During vegetable cultivation, pesticides are frequently applied to improve growth quality and accelerate growth, which poses potential quality and food safety risks. This dataset can be used to conduct safety assessments of vegetable pesticide residue levels, providing reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing decisions.
1. Data Collection: Collect information such as the sampling region, sampling site, sample name, and packaging classification of vegetable products;
2. Pesticide Residue Detection: Detect pesticide residues in vegetables to obtain relevant data on pesticide residue contents;
3. Data Processing: Screen out non-compliant test results of vegetable pesticide residues for edible safety assessment. The detection rate of non-compliant pesticide residue items = Number of non-compliant pesticide residue test results / Total number of vegetable products monitored for pesticide additives;
4. Data Application: The non-compliant test results of vegetable pesticide residues can be used as the basis for edible safety evaluation, providing technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory authorities.
