The Munich region (Region 14) defines areas that are particularly suitable for the development of settlements. There, a settlement development beyond the objective set out in B II Z 2.1 Regional Plan Munich is permitted. The location and demarcation of the areas that are particularly suitable for the development of settlements are determined by Map 2 Settlement and supply, Tecttur settlement, open space, traffic, the regional plan of the Munich region.
