Clinical Knowledgebase

Clinical Knowledgebase (CKB), formerly the Jackson Clinical Knowledgebase, is a semi-automated/manually curated database of gene/variant annotations, therapy knowledge, diagnostic/prognostic information, and clinical trials related to oncology. CKB not only contains current information on the protein effect of somatic gene variants, but also connects the variant to targeted therapies through an efficacy evidence annotation. In addition, CKB captures clinical trial patient eligibility criteria that include genomic alterations (genotype-specific). The public access version, CKB CORE, encompasses 50 cancer-related genes, and every quarter a select group of genes are exchanged, focusing on a specific theme. Users can search CKB CORE via gene and gene variants. The web-based, subscription version, CKB BOOST, is designed to interrogate the knowledgebase for specific data attributes while also enabling a robust browse like feature when the desired content is unknown.临床知识库（Clinical Knowledgebase，简称CKB）前身为杰克逊临床知识库，是一款经半自动化与人工精编的数据库，收录与肿瘤学相关的基因/变异注释、治疗学知识、诊断及预后信息，以及各类临床试验数据。CKB不仅涵盖体细胞基因变异的蛋白质效应相关最新信息，还通过疗效证据注释将变异与靶向治疗方案建立关联。此外，该知识库还收录了包含基因组改变（基因型特异性）的临床试验患者入组标准。其公共访问版本CKB CORE包含50个肿瘤相关基因，且每季度会轮换一组选定基因，聚焦特定主题；用户可通过基因及基因变异对CKB CORE进行检索。基于网页的订阅版CKB BOOST可用于针对特定数据属性查询知识库，同时在用户不确定所需内容时，提供功能完善的类浏览功能。
