资源简介:
This Collection contains data and code that support the associated Godfree et al. Nature Communications paper: Implications of the 2019-2020 Megafires for the Biogeography and Conservation of Australian Vegetation. The study was performed to understand the impacts of the Black Summer fires on plant species and communities in eastern Australia and provide information useful for associated biodiversity conservation work.\nLineage: This deposition contains primary data sources, code, and generated outputs reported in the paper. Primary data sources include: 1) a cleaned herbarium specimen data for vascular plant species within part of the south-east Australian mainland, 2) fire hotspot data obtained from Digital Earth Australia for 1 July 2019 to 11 February 2020, 3) IBRA bioregion mapfile, and 4) NVIS Major Vegetation Group mapfile. All analyses and figures produced in the associated paper were constructed from these datasets using code written by the authors.
