Bat TRD and TRG Locus Annotation and Y Delta T Cells Analysis of TCR CDR3 Receptor Library

This study was to annotate the bat TRD and TRG loci and analyze the characteristics of Y Delta T cell TCR CDR3 pool, in order to reveal the key role of TRD and TRG loci in the bat adaptive immune response and its evolutionary background. Based on the first annotation of TR and IG loci in horseshoe bats and the analysis of TCRCDR3 in aBT cells and BCR IGH CDR3 in B cells at the chromosome level by our research team.In this study, the genome sequences of Lanceolata pallida, Pipistrellus koui and Hipposideros medianus were assembled. Precise annotation of TRD and TRG loci: High-throughput sequencing was performed to sequence the bat TCRy/S CDR3 receptor repertoire and characterize the repertoire by V and J usage, CDR3 region length, amino acid composition, motif, and clonality. It will help us to understand the mechanism and effect of bat Y Delta T cell immune response.
