The following provision is added to Section 2 of the Niendorf Building Plan 73 Act of 12 July 1979 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 214):
4. In the core area, gambling halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of Paragraph 33(i) of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of play equipment with or without profit, as well as sales rooms and sales areas, demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at the sale of articles, representations or acts of sexual character, are inadmissible’.
