Data and analysis code for "Livestock-driven biotic homogenization amplifies global herbivore methane emissions"

This repository contains the data and R scripts used to reproduce the analyses and figures presented in the manuscript “Livestock-driven biotic homogenization amplifies global herbivore methane emissions.” The dataset includes spatially matched estimates of native and domestic herbivore density, biomass, functional composition, and potential enteric methane emissions across 823 spatial clusters. The R scripts document data processing, methane estimation, statistical analyses, and figure generation.
