Exploration of Basic-Clinical Integrated Teaching Led by Schistosomiasis Prevention Spirit in Ideological and Political Teaching of Human Parasitology: A Case Study of Schistosomiasis

To deepen the ideological-political reform of the Human Parasitology course, this paper takes schistosomiasis teaching as the entry point and creatively integrates ideological-political education with community health consultation volunteer activities covering parasitic diseases, common diseases, and frequently occurring diseases. Guided by the Schistosomiasis Prevention Spirit as the value core, with integration of basic and clinical medicine as the knowledge foundation, and empowering community health as the practical goal, this reform constructs a new "value leadership–competence construction–social service" trinity education model, aiming to cultivate outstanding medical talents with coordinated development of knowledge, ability, and professional quality.
