This is the paternal haplotype of the Pan paniscus sample PR00251 (ToLID: mPanPan1). This includes the paternal autosomes, chrY, and unplaced sequence identified as paternal. This assembly was generated with Verkko using PacBio Hifi and ONT UL data. Graph phasing to inform path selection was done using trio information (i.e., Illumins short reads from each parent).
