本数据为与NGDC交换的来自Ottawa/Penticton站观测太阳F10.7cm(2800MHz)太阳射电流量数据,该站每天有2~3次观测(1700UT,2000UT和2300UT)。空间科学数据中心选取了每日特定的观测时间作为每日流量值(1991年之前选择1700UT,1991年以后选择2000UT),文件以ADJ格式存储,每年一个数据文件,为了去除小数点,每个数值都乘了系数10,数据单位10^-22W(m2﹒Hz)-1。太阳F10.7cm射电流量来自未扰动的太阳表面和太阳活动区以及每日的短暂的增量,能较好的反应太阳活动情况,与太阳黑子数据有较好的相关性。
This dataset consists of solar 10.7 cm (2800 MHz) radio flux data observed by the Ottawa/Penticton observatory, which was acquired via exchanges with the National Geophysical Data Center (NGDC). The observatory conducts 2 to 3 daily observations at 1700 UT, 2000 UT, and 2300 UT. The Space Science Data Center selected a fixed daily observation time as the daily flux value: 1700 UT for data prior to 1991, and 2000 UT for data after 1991. All data files are stored in ADJ format, with one file per year. To eliminate decimal points, each data value is multiplied by a factor of 10, and the unit of the dataset is 10^-22 W·(m²·Hz)^-1. The solar 10.7 cm radio flux originates from the undisturbed solar surface, solar active regions, and daily transient enhancements, which can effectively reflect solar activity and exhibits a strong correlation with sunspot observation data.
