Gene expression of S. commune H4-8 and roc1 deletion strain grown on glucose and cellulose

The fungal specific transcription factor roc1 regulates cellulase expression in the wood-decaying fungus Schizophyllum commune. A roc1 deletion strain is unable to use cellulose as the sole carbon source and shows strongly reduced cellulase activity. To identify which genes are regulated by roc1, expression of the WT and deletion strain was performed when growing on glucose and cellulose.
