Differential transcriptomic changes in the central nervous system and urinary bladders of mice infected with a coronavirus

Gene expression of 770 genes from the Nanostring Neuroinflammation panel in the coronavirus-induced encephalomyelitus (CIE) murine model of multiple sclerosis. In the study presented here, spinal cords and bladders were collected from 4 control mice, 4 CIE mice at week 1, and 4 CIE mice at week 4. Two spinal cord samples (SC 406 Control and SC 455 CIE 4 wk) were excluded due to QC flags.
