Mechanisms of Antimicrobial Resistance, Virulence, and Transmission in Pathogenic Bacteria

This project investigates the genetic and molecular basis of antimicrobial resistance, virulence factors, and transmission mechanisms in pathogenic bacteria responsible for infectious diseases. By analyzing bacterial genomes and their interactions with hosts, we aim to uncover key insights into how these microbes evolve, adapt, and spread in clinical and environmental settings. The findings will contribute to developing strategies for combating drug-resistant infections and improving public health outcomes.
