MOS redistribution off-axis and QE check -2

NRCO#68: The MOS redistribution off axis is different from that on axis due tothe patch (onaxis area of anomalous response). From 1E0102 observationsoffaxis this is known and currently improved in the calibration. To determinethe redistribution at high energies we need an observation of a hard source.This addresses the targeted improvement of redistribution for line rich sourcesendorsed by the XMMNewton UG. REJ2248 should be shifted orthogonal to thereadout on the pn, keeping it on the same pn CCD, but within the MOS largewindow (shifted 1.5 armin but allowing the source to be extracted still within aradius of 40 arcsec). truncated!, Please see actual data for full text [truncated!, Please see actual data for full text]
