Dataset on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal community responses to extreme drought

This dataset contains raw AM fungal metabarcoding reads (unprocessed), ASV tables (unrarefied and rarefied to 6,464 reads per sample), derived alpha-diversity metrics (richness and Shannon index), and associated plant community and soil variables. The file DADA2_code.R provides the R script used to denoise and process the sequencing data with the DADA2 pipeline.
