GWAS summary statistics for Integrative genomic analysis of 21 orofacial diseases identifies shared genetic architecture with systemic diseases

This dataset contains the genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for 21 orofacial diseases and 9 systemic diseases and gene-level association test for 21 orofacial diseases. The data includes variant identifiers (RSID or CHR:POS), genomic coordinates (GRCh37), effect alleles, allele frequencies, effect sizes (Beta/OR), standard errors, and p-values. These summary statistics support the findings presented in our manuscript, "Integrative genomic analysis of 21 orofacial diseases identifies shared genetic architecture with systemic diseases", currently under publication process in Nature Communications.
