NEST-Intervention - Evaluating the impact of a personalized case management intervention for Caregivers of children with chronic illnesses or disabilities on mental health and resilience

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a personalized, cross-sectoral case management intervention delivered by Family Health Partners (FGPs) in enhancing well-being, reducing stress and mental distress, and strengthening resilience among caregivers of children with chronic illnesses or disabilities.
