The National Water Management Plan is an ordinance issued by the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the basis of the Water Law Act 1959. Every 6 years a comprehensive assessment of all waters of certain magnitudes shall be carried out. The result is reflected in this line layer, which divides the waters into water bodies and divides them into very good to bad conditions.
《国家水资源管理计划》是由联邦农业、林业、环境与水资源管理部长依据1959年《水法》颁布的法令。该计划要求每六年对特定规模的所有水域开展一次全面评估，评估成果体现为该线状图层 (line layer)：该图层将水域划分为若干水体，并按水体状况从极佳至极差完成分级。
