Quarterly complaints received by British Gas in the UK 2013-2023

The United Kingdom-based energy company British Gas received 223,991 complaints in the fourth quarter of 2023. This was an increase compared to the previous quarter, but lower than the number of complaints in 2022. The majority of complaints centered around billing as energy prices increased significantly in 2022 across the country.
