Complete genome sequencing and genomic characterization of Escherichia coli strain isolated from Sudan

Escherichia coli (E. coli) is an important nosocomial pathogen that poses a serious health threat in Sudan. Despite the E. coli widespread, surprisingly little information about its genome or genetic content. In this project, the whole genome sequencing of E.coli was performed to characterize the genome as the first time in Sudan
