Standard cost upper secondary school, SEK/inv

Standard cost (SEK/inv 1 Nov fg) for upper secondary school according to the municipal equalisation system. The standard cost is calculated based on the proportion of young people aged 16-18 multiplied by the national average cost per youth in the relevant age groups. In addition, there are additions or deductions for differences in: students’ program choices, sparseness, wage costs and population changes. The program selection factor consists of an average of the last two years. New cost equalisation from 2020 will affect standard costs from 2020.

依据市级均衡制度（municipal equalisation system）制定的普通高中阶段教育标准成本（Standard cost），计价单位为瑞典克朗（SEK）/inv 1 Nov fg。该标准成本以16至18岁青少年的占比乘以对应年龄段全国青少年人均成本计算得出。此外，还需根据学生课程选择、人口稀疏程度、薪资成本及人口变动等差异进行相应的加减调整。课程选择系数取最近两年的平均值。2020年起实施的全新成本均衡制度，将对2020年及之后的标准成本产生影响。
