Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA)

PEFA is a multi-donor TF with 7 partners, including the WBG. Although the program TF is administered by the WBG, but not funded by the WBG, it is important that the PEFA program framework is seen as autonomous so all partners are represented equally. PEFA is an open sourced monitoring tool, whereby, the end result is to produce a report which should guide government on its decision on PFM reform.
