HLJ1 acts as a prognosis marker and associates with overall survival of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer. This study sought to investigate the specific contribution of HLJ1 to neoplastic diseases. We used microarrays to identify the HLJ1-affected signaling pathways. Overall design: CL1-0 cells were infected with scramble shRNA or HLJ1 shRNA (shHLJ1) lentiviruses for 24 hours and then cells were treated with 0.75 μg/ml puromycin to select for puromycin-resistant pooled clones. The extracted RNAs from these clones were analyzed by expression arrays.
