Bos taurus milk exosomes (RNase treated) raw sequence reads

The goal of this study is to analyze the content of RNA cargos in cow's milk exosomes. To remove the contaminating RNA outside of exosomes, we treated our exosome samples with RNase before RNA-seq. In this study, both raw milk exosomes and store-bought milk exosomes were included.
