R code for comparative transcriptomic analysis of rupture, aneurysm size, regional wall stress, and tissue compartments in human abdominal aortic aneurysm
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the custom R code used for the transcriptomic analyses reported in the accompanying manuscript, “Comparative transcriptomic analysis of rupture, aneurysm size, regional wall stress, and tissue compartments in human abdominal aortic aneurysm”. The code covers analyses of six publicly available human transcriptomic datasets (GSE98278, GSE57691, GSE232911, GSE205071, GSE226492, and GSE237230), including rupture status, aneurysm size, regional wall stress, aortic wall compartments, intraluminal thrombus coverage, and cellular localisation. The archive also contains the code used to evaluate GSE165470 as descriptive mechanobiological context; this dataset was not used as an independent transcriptomic validation cohort. Primary expression data are not redistributed and remain available from their original GEO records. Original script filenames and version identifiers have been retained to preserve computational provenance. The deposited archive contains source code only and does not include analysis outputs, figures, intermediate files, or copies of public primary datasets.
