Lymphatic endothelial cell identity is controlled by a GATA2 bound enhancer (RNA-Seq)

This study investigates the impact on the transcriptome of lymphatic endotheial cells of a 5bp deletion (GATA2 binding site) in an enhancer element 11kb upstream of the Prox1 gene. Comparison of RNA from deletion mutant and wildtype lymphatic endothelial cells isolated directly from embryos at E14.5. Also, to assess haematopoietic potential, comparison of the same samples after 7d co-culture on OP9 feeder cells.
