Wild type yeast and H3del(1-28) and H4del(2-26) yeast grown in complete synthetic media

Yeast lacking the H3 or H4 amino termini, and corresponding wild type strains, were grown in synthetic media缺失组蛋白H3（Histone H3）或组蛋白H4（Histone H4）氨基末端的酵母菌株，及其对应的野生型菌株，均在合成培养基中培养。
