Universities by 2030: more Freedoms, More Responsibilities

The Court publishes notes forming part of a series of work on several major public policies, which identify both the main challenges and levers that will be faced by public decision-makers in the coming years. As a follow-up to the report “A public finance strategy for the end of the crisis”, submitted last June to the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister, this series of publications allows the Court to express its views on structural issues. With these pedagogical notes, the Court places itself at the heart of its mission of informing citizens at a key democratic moment.
