This dataset contains the numerical results that underlie the figures presented in the paper "Simulation-Optimization Approaches for the Network Immunization Problem with Quarantining" (Hoogervorst et al.).The files match the figures in the paper in the following way:Figure 6: Based on the files "graph_name_immunization_rates.csv", which give the average number of contact infections for each immunization method at varying immunization rates.Figure 7: Based on the files "graph_name_ci.csv", which give the average number of contact infections for each immunization method at varying contact infection probabilities.Figure 8: Based on the file "stoch_prog_tuning.csv", which gives the number of contact infections, running time, and optimality gap for the different graphs obtained by the stochastic programming heuristic for a differing number of considered scenarios.Figure 9: Based on the files "ga_tuning_[population/mutation/tournament/elitist].csv", giving the number of contact infections obtained by the Genetic Algorithm during each of 5 repetitions for different values of the population size (population), mutation rate (mutation), tournament size (tournament), and elitist selection size (elitist).Figure 11: Based on the files "graph_name_varying_rates.csv", which give the average number of contact infections for each immunization method at varying immunization rates. Note that these experiments use a varying contact infection probability per activity.Figure 14: Based on the files "immunizationResults_dtu_[30/50/full]_0.25_[0.1/0.2/0.3].csv", which give the number of contact infections in each simulation run for graphs with a varying maximum number of students per activity (30/50/full) and at different immunization rates (0.1/0.2/0.3).Where included, "graph_name" in the above file names should be substituted by the name of one of the three considered DTU contact graphs: the full DTU contact graph (dtu_full), the DTU Management contact graph (dtu_management), or the DTU Engineering Technology contact graph (dtu_eng_tech).
