DESIGN-VUMC RNA-seq

RNA-Seq data of 55 HPV-negative HNSCC specimens from patients treated at the VU medical Centre, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. HNSCC biopsy samples obtained prior to treatment (chemo-radiotherapy) were used for polyA mRNA sequencing.来自阿姆斯特丹荷兰VU医学中心的55例HPV阴性头颈部鳞状细胞癌（HNSCC）患者的RNA测序数据。在化疗放疗治疗前的活检样本被用于polyA mRNA测序。
