We reproduce the Chaghri using the HElib library (implemented in C++ and dependent on the NTL library) and implements the IChaghri and ISChaghri in this document. Implementation runs on Linux 5.10.0.8-generic, with 32GB RAM and an Intel(R) Xeon(R) W-2123 CPU @ 3.60 GHz.
