This dataset comprises genomic sequences from 624 elderly Hong Kong residents, with the goal of predicting late-onset Alzheimer's disease (LOAD). The genomic sequence data were collected from the APOE locus on chromosome 19, which is highly associated with Alzheimer's disease in the Chinese population. The dataset includes a total of 624 subjects, among whom 384 are Alzheimer's disease carriers and 240 are non-carriers. The core task of this dataset is to predict the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
