资源简介:
For the usability analysis, we have utilized the System Usability Scale (SUS) [22]. The scale is used to assess the system usability from a user’s perspective. The SUS questionnaire provides a structured rating system for judging the usability of the system according to the standardized questions. Table 5 provides the list of questions of SUS asked to rate the system usability. SUS is a 10 item Likert scale through which the users subjectively rate their experience with the system on a scale of 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree).
The participants were provided a brief description of an operation customization task with a visual cue related to the task. The participants were asked to implement the task using the RDM interface. No prior training was provided to the participants. Participants could interact with the system to complete the task. A supervisor checked the progress of the participant and recorded the information if the task was successfully completed without any errors or otherwise.
