Draft genome sequences of six Marinobacter shengliensis genomes isolated from the Mariana forearc

Six bacterial isolates were obtained from fluid and sediments from the alkaline serpentinite mud volcanoes at the Mariana forearc. Here, we present the draft genome sequences of these six isolates, classified as representatives of the species Marinobacter shengliensis.
