Purpose: Over expression of hIRX3 increase thermogenesis in vitro and in vivo. To further elucidate the effects of hIRX3 overexpression on thermogenesis, and to explore the possible downstream target molecular and interferring pathway, we use induced brown adipocytes derived from the SVFs of U-IRX3ov and control mice for RNA sequencing analysis. Overall design: RNA-sequencing analysis on induced brown adipocytes derived from the stromal vascular fractions (SVFs) of U-IRX3ov and control mice. SVFs were isolated from the BAT of five-week-old U-IRX3ov and control mice and then induced for 8 days. Total RNA was extracted from cultured cells or frozen adipose tissue using the Eastep Super Total RNA Extraction Kit (Promega (Beijing) Biotech Co., China).
