Council Tax Requirement

This dataset shows the total amount of council tax income that each authority has budgeted to use in the forthcoming financial year. It shows the amounts charged to a Band D property, the taxbase, and information on reserves, which the authorities have used to determine the council tax requirement. In calculating this amount for the forthcoming financial year, income estimated to be available from the use of reserves, the council tax freeze grant scheme or the receipt of other specific grants should be taken into account
