Data for "Revisiting thermal transport in CuCl: First-principles calculations and machine learning force fields"

The dataset includes thermally displaced atomic positions generated using the quantum canonical distribution with the TDEP package, along with the corresponding calculated forces, both with and without lattice thermal expansion (TE). The ML_AB file, containing the accumulated training data for the VASP on-the-fly machine learning force field, is also included.
