First data ecology 2050

To study the diversity, the quantity of plants and the surface percentage covered by grasses and other types of plants, were measured 25 areas each one with 1 square meter at Grassland East of Stong Pond at York University, on september 22th, 22Cº, between 4:00 and 5:00 P.M.. Each square meter was measured with a quadrat, and chosen randomly. In each square meter, was counted manually how many plants and how many species exist on it. In the same area, the percentage of grass and other plants occupied were measured manually.
